I started by copying a few blurbs from a website as input for my Video Game Song Generator app, listening until I stumbled on an interesting melody. After changing the key and using cheat codes in power-up mode to customize it, I exported the MIDI file and dropped it into my DAW. I use Ableton, but if you’re on a Mac, GarageBand works too. I switched the instrument to a grand piano, exported a WAV file, and brought that into Suno. From there, I tweaked the weirdness, style, and audio sliders, then added “Violin, Viola, Djembe, Double Bass, Oboe, Romanticism” into the styles box. Hit play—and honestly, I was pretty amazed at how good the song turned out.
